I'm still alive... and DJ's 5!

Posted by Crystal

I knew the newness would wear off and I'd be slacking on this blogging thing. I don't want blogging to feel like another item on my growing to do list but I also really enjoy it too. Every feel that way?

Our lives are in full swing right now. DJ turns 5 tomorrow and I can't believe it. Here's a picture of my big boy! I'm so proud to be his Mommy...

Happy 5th Birthday Donovan James- I love you!

Robyn and I are gearing up for the 5K on Saturday. Praying for clear skies because it's supposed to rain. Feeling tired from our training (sounds so official, doesn't it :)
Had a stressful couple of weeks with observations, meetings, appt.s and such. Tomorrow is a dentist apt. and then shopping with my boy. Somewhere in there I need to run one last time with Robyn so we can rest on Friday and I need to fold Mount Laundry that's engulfed my couch. The list goes on and on as I'm sure it does for all of you out there. I feel like I'm running just to catch myself! That's actually a song from Mark Shultz and so appropriate!

Here's a few other pictures I just downloaded...

Dylan and DJ last night... those two together are TROUBLE... but so darn cute!

Don't they look adorable? Cause they're trying really hard to!

5 - really?? Unbelievable.

It seems like just yesterday I saw you at the grocery store - your girls on each side of the cart and little DJ in his car seat.... and I thought to myself - wowsers... I wonder how she's doing all that?!

Amazing how time just speeds right by... and how God just gives us the ability to love each child we are given in a unique and amazing way!

Happy Birthday DJ - May you know how special you are - today and EVERY day!
