I am so excited that we finally broke down and got a new laptop! My gosh a 17" screen and more memory really does make the difference. Now it's like looking at your blogs on a bill board!
I'm trying out some new things with music on here. They're on the side. I love this new site I visited today. I'm sure many of you knew about it already but it's incredible and the right price! (free)
Just sitting here smiling (and not just because of a lap top) because I feel God's presence in my life. My back might ache... there might be dishes piling in the sink... laundry overflowing my hampers and the day might have seemed like an eternity!

BUT...
- Tonight I got to come home to a quiet house to see my man with our kids snuggled into him as he's reading a special book.
- I got to laugh with my children!
- Watch a "near professional" wrestling match starring BJ and the 3 lil' defending champions.
- I sat in amazement as DJ was consumed by a giggling attack with huge tears streaming down his face!
- I got to witness a precious moment when Morgan was reading to DJ and it made him laugh aloud at how she read the baby's words in the story.
- I listened to my Madi read about Jesus...
You know, just being here in a warm house with a lit Christmas tree and His peace filling the air that we breathe... This is what my life is about. Even though the mountain peaks seem to fill my vision sometimes, I am so thankful for what I have. Family, friends of old and new, a church family that has embraced us completely where we are, a dog that chewed up his new pillow from Costco- EVERYONE! I'm very thankful for you right now. Wishing you the best this season can bring. May you find true moments that fill your heart with His love.
